This notice covers the Fly Away Home Utah email signup.
What we collect
We collect your email address, the page where you signed up, and records of your consent, confirmation, and unsubscribe request. Temporary, hashed request identifiers help limit repeated submissions; we don’t store your raw IP address in the signup database.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm your signup and send monthly Salt Lake Valley trip ideas, upcoming events, and Fly Away Home updates. Resend processes email delivery and the subscriber list for us. Your address is not added to the active list until you confirm.
Your choices
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You can also contact jones.codie@outlook.com to unsubscribe or request deletion. We retain subscription and consent records while needed to manage your choices. Unconfirmed signups are removed during routine processing after their confirmation link has been expired for seven days.
Signing up is optional and isn’t required to book a stay. Existing reservations and booking messages are handled separately.
