Space, sleeping arrangements & access
The entire home and backyard are private to your group. There are four bedrooms, six beds, and two full bathrooms, with a maximum of 12 registered guests.
The home has two levels and stairs. Larger groups may want to plan bathroom routines ahead of time. Review the property photos for a closer look at the rooms.
Check-in & checkout
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Different times must be approved in writing before your stay.
House rules
- Maximum occupancy is 12 registered guests. Unregistered visitors need prior approval.
- No parties, events, or disruptive gatherings.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- Pets are not permitted except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep outdoor noise to a minimum.
- Park only in designated areas. Keep sidewalks, neighboring driveways, and mailboxes clear.
- Report accidental damage or maintenance concerns promptly.
- Follow checkout instructions and leave the home reasonably tidy.
Children & outdoor amenities
Supervise children around the backyard, play equipment, games, and fire table. Follow the posted fire table instructions, never leave it unattended, and turn it off completely after use.
The property does not have a pool or hot tub.
